3 year from purchase date (or delivery date in California).
Warranty return requests can be initiated by calling 1-800-392-FORD (3673) and, when prompted, say “Charging”.
How to Use
To Start Charging:
Find – Use the FordPass® App or the in-vehicle Public Charging App to find designated Tesla Superchargers.
Attach – Attach the adapter to the Tesla Supercharger cord. Push until you hear a click.
Open – Open your EV charge port door and flip down the dust cap.
Plug in – Push the adapter into the charge port until it clicks. With Plug & Charge, charging starts automatically.
To Disconnect the Adapter:
Stop – Stop charging by pressing the unlock button on the vehicle charge port.
Release – Remove the adapter from the charge port by pressing the release lever on the top of the adapter.
Detach – Detach the adapter from the Tesla Supercharger cord by pressing the cable release lever.
